Candidates - Chiswick Riverside Ward
Frank Beddington
Frank is 57 years old and an eighth-generation West Londoner who has lived in Brentford, Acton and Chiswick. As a disabled person and a parent, he is passionate about pushing the local government to prioritise pavement maintenance and improve conditions for pedestrians, including those with pushchairs or mobility devices. He believes Riverside is a beautiful ward whose residents deserve better, and argues that the current Labour-run council treats the area as a cash cow, diverting resources elsewhere - something he says must change.
Nicolas Bellerophon
Nicolas is an engineer with a creative streak whose work spans the worlds of technology, architecture, and design. A dedicated Chiswick resident, he lives with his wife Natalie and their three children. His family fuels his passion for modernising education and driving innovation. Nicolas is running to bridge divides and bring people together, believing that when we work together we can make our world a better place, step by step.
James Charrington
James and his wife have lived in Chiswick for 20 years. He works in arts marketing, building audiences for plays and musicals in and around London. He also runs an incubator programme for new startups across the city. He has worked in the US, Germany and France and is a proud European. James is a keen cyclist - but he also loves his car and believes we need to find a healthy and sustainable balance for our neighbourhoods - to continue to make Chiswick more liveable for all.
