Cllr John Howliston struggles with the mountain of paperwork produced by the Labour council & government, supported by Hanworth colleague Linda Nakamura.

John says:

"Nothing has changed in the four years since this photo was taken: council tax is up, and so is spending on bureaucracy and red tape - but services like education and streetcare still suffer. That's just crazy!"
